Declaration of Primary Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Purpose of the Informational Website and Service Limitation


The COMAFRA INTERNATIONAL GROUP website has a strictly corporate and informational purpose. Through this portal, the Company's business lines are exposed and described, such as:

No license, exploitation right or ownership over these systems is granted to the User by the mere fact of reading their description on the web.

3.2 Use Restrictions

The User is prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any content available on the site for public, commercial or competitive purposes without the express, prior and written authorization of COMAFRA INTERNATIONAL GROUP.

Acceptable Use Policy and Forms
